Second man files sex suit against Travolta
A second male masseur stepped forward Tuesday to accuse John Travolta of trying to have sex with him during a massage session, according to a new report.
The unidentified male filed a $2 million sexual battery lawsuit against the actor, just a day after another unnamed man sued Travolta for propositioning him during a massage session, according to Radar Online.
The first man is seeking $2 million plus punitive damages and is reportedly being represented by the same lawyer as the second masseur.
In the first complaint, filed Monday in Los Angeles, the male masseur claimed Travolta, 58, rubbed the plaintiff's genitals, propositioned him and touched himself lewdly during a massage session January 16, 2012 at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
The plaintiff said he told Travolta he would not have sex with him but claims the "Saturday Night Fever" star responded by offering to perform a sexual act.
The lawsuit from the second victim, filed Tuesday in Los Angeles, alleges that Travolta tried to initiate sexual contact when the masseur gave the actor a massage at a resort in Atlanta on January 28, 2012.
After the first lawsuit was filed, Travolta's rep released a statement adamantly denying the claim.
"This lawsuit is complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie," read the statement to E! News.
"The plaintiff's attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and plaintiff for malicious prosecution," the statement added.
